We offer two months warranty on our jewelry. We will determine if the item has a defect or if the item was damaged. If it has a defect, we’ll repair free of charge or replace it with a new one. If the item was damaged, we will assess and get back to you with a price quote.
In all scenarios, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping to and from Jóias.
We are not responsible or able to offer repair on jewelry that is well worn or over 12 months old.
Outside of the two month warranty timeframe, there are potentially other factors that may contribute and/or result in the damage of our delicate, handcrafted products. This is not just limited to potential wear and tear, but also factors like proper storage, care or cleaning, heat exposure or moisture exposure.
Please return defective product to Jóias with the original dated invoice from Jóias or a receipt from the store.
As soon as your jewelry is repaired, we will call or email you. Collection may be done in-store or shipped.
Time frame for repair work is estimated at 2-3 weeks.

Damages in Shipping
We do our best to package your items safely and correctly in every order. However, occasionally, problems do occur. If the items were damaged during shipping, we will repair or replace any items at no charge.
Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery receipt of merchandise by sending an email to customerservice@myjoias.com . 
Damages reported outside of the 48 hour time frame will still be repaired or replaced but customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
