Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We always strive for the highest level of customer service. If you are unhappy with your purchase, exchanges or refunds are offered within 7 days of delivery. Please email customerservice@myjoias.com for authorization. Do not send back items before receiving our authorization.
We will be happy to refund your money or exchange for UNUSED, UNWORN, UNALTERED and NON-DAMAGED jewelry minus cost of shipping, handling fee, and customs. Your money (less the delivery fee) will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of the item. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping for the return delivery. Upon the return of the jewelry purchased via PayPal or any other credit card payment, please allow 2 weeks for your account to be credited.
If the item you purchased costs more than 1250NIS, we will not be able to give you money back, by law, but you will receive store/website credit.
We do not accept exchanges or returns for custom made jewelry or earrings due to sanitary issues, so please choose carefully. All clearance sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged or refunded for the value indicated on the gift receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of a merchandise credit. Exchanged item(s) will be substituted for alternate merchandise upon receipt of the returned product. Customer will be charged accordingly for price differences.
Cancelling a transaction is only possible in up to two business days from the purchase date. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you would like to make a return or exchange, please contact us. Please note that our online Returns & Exchanges policy is slightly different than our in-store exchange-return policy.
We are not held responsible if the package you send back to us gets lost, as this is out of our control, therefore, we suggest you send back your package insured with a tracking number.
Note that we do not cover custom and duties for any international packages sent to us. The customer has to make sure that custom and duties are pre-paid before shipping the package.
