Shipping Policy

Domestic Delivery

Domestic Shipping cost 35NIS. Free Domestic Shipping (EMS) with purchase over 350NIS. Shipping within Israel via Israeli postal service. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
We also offer in store pick up for online orders with no shipping fee.

International Delivery

Standard International Shipping cost 70NIS. Free Standard International Shipping with purchase over 1000NIS. Items are available for shipping world wide via EMS (Israeli international postal service). Estimated delivery time is 10-14 business days

Once we ship your package we will send you an email with a tracking number so you may monitor the status of your package online.
Custom and Duty Charges
Products shipped outside of Israel may be obligated to charges enforced by local regulation. Therefore the recipient of the products is responsible for all customs and fees.
Any additional taxes, fees or other charges required to clear the parcel through customs will also be paid in full by the recipient.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As a result we will be unable to advise or provide any assistance on these processes.
